How much does a custom website or system cost?+
It depends on scope. An institutional landing page costs very differently from a system with an authenticated area and integrations. After a quick discovery of what you need, we send a fixed proposal, with scope, timeline and price set before any work starts. No surprise hourly billing.
How long does a project take?+
A custom landing page usually takes one to three weeks. Larger systems are planned in cycles, with partial deliveries along the way. The timeline is set and recorded in the contract, and you follow the progress in a preview environment updated at every step.
Do I own the source code after delivery?+
It depends on the type of product you hire. For custom development projects, yes: full source-code transfer after payment is written into the contract, and you're free to host it wherever you want and evolve it with another team. For SaaS products built and run by Skytalos, you get access to the ready-made platform on a subscription, without the source code, and we handle the maintenance. Which model fits your case is worked out before the quote is closed.
Do you issue invoices?+
We do. Skytalos is a registered company and issues NFS-e invoices for every service, with a service contract. That gives legal safety and makes B2B hiring simple.
Do you work with clients outside São Paulo?+
We do. The work is remote across Brazil, and with clients abroad too. The site and the communication run in Portuguese and English. Everything is handled online, with meetings and a preview environment.
What is QA and why does my project need it?+
QA (Quality Assurance) is software quality assurance: manual and automated tests that check the system works as it should before it reaches the user. With automated tests running in continuous integration (CI/CD), bugs get caught early. That cuts production issues, rework and cost down the line.
Do you provide support after delivery?+
We do. Delivery isn't the end: corrective and preventive maintenance, plus adding new features or content, are spelled out in the contract and worked out with you when the quote is closed. For projects with transferred code, you can move to another team if you prefer; for SaaS products run by Skytalos, maintenance is already part of the service.
